Mild, lovely evening with mostly dry days ahead

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Today was lovely and warm, topping out in th emid 80s with a nice breeze & plenty of sunshine. The temperatures cool nicely this evening, working down through the 70s and into the refreshing mid to upper 60s Wednesday morning.

Wednesday starts out lovely and warms nicely into the mid 80s, under partly cloudy skies.


There’s a tiny chance of a sprinkle during the afternoon tomorrow. The rain chance is just 10% for a light shower or two to spread across the state from the east coast.

We keep it mostly dry for the end of the work week, and there’s just 10% rain chances through the weekend. A couple of spotty showers return to the forecast early next week.

Highs stay in the mid 80s for the next eight days. The next cold front is not expected until early next month.

Tropical Storm Oscar is pulling away from Cuba, and it’s heading out into the Atlantic and away from Florida.
