TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Temperatures are cooler this morning and the colder air is just beginning to arrive. It will continue to filter in throughout the day and temps will struggle to warm into the upper 60s, despite abundant sunshine.

Winds will stay gusty as today and the next few days as the cooler air comes in. Expect gusts in the 20 to 25 mph range through Saturday morning.
Skies stay clear and temperatures drop quickly this evening. Lows tonight will be in the mid-50s for Friday morning with that chilly breeze.

Highs through Saturday will be about 10 degrees below average, in the upper 60s. A gradual warming trend begins Sunday but the 80s don’t return until the middle of next week. It stays dry through next week as well.

An early look at the Thanksgiving forecast looks quiet and comfortable with temperatures in the upper 70s and low 80s during the afternoon.
