A Tampa attorney is weighing in after the video of a Florida charter captain and a young fisherman getting into a heated argument under the Barron Collier Bridge went viral.

A Brandon woman was rescued by Hillsborough County Fire Rescue after her apartment erupted in flames Friday morning.
