HIGHLANDS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — “Ladies and gentlemen, we got him!”
The Highland County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest on Friday for naughty behavior, just weeks before Christmas.
Sheriff Paul Blackman arrested The Grinch, who he said stole all the Christmas cheer.
An image shared by the sheriff’s office shows a trunk full of wrapped presents, surrounded by crime scene tape.
“He will be taking a slow trip through Sebring to the “Wholands” County Jail very soon!” they wrote.
The sheriff’s office thanked the State Attorney’s Office and Florida Highway Patrol for helping chase down The Grinch and ensuring the right charges were filed.
