The 10th annual Tampa Bay Underground Film Festival is back for its 10th anniversary, once again featuring movies made with micro-budgets by local and international filmmakers. Now one of the largest underground film festivals in the world, TBUFF boasts a lineup of more than 200 movies from a variety of genres. It runs December 5th through 8th at NCG Citrus Park in Tampa.
