TAMPA (BLOOM) – Feeding our children healthy food choices can be challenging when there are so many products in the market place with dangerous ingredients. New York Times best-selling author and food blogger Vani Hari, also known as The Food Babe on social media, joins Gayle Guyardo , the host of the nationally syndicated health and wellness show Bloom to talk about the movement and recent protests at Kellogg’s headquarters demanding food companies remove artificial dyes from its foods. Kellogg’s had previously pledged in 2015 to remove artificial dyes from its popular cereals by 2018, but it has not happened in the U.S. The American food company has made changes to its formulas in other countries like Canada where they color Froot Loops with concentrated carrot juice, watermelon juice and blueberry juice.
