AUBURNDALE, Fla. (BLOOM) — Families seeking a sensory-friendly holiday experience can mark their calendars for Monday, Dec. 16. The Wonderland of Lights will host its annual Sensory Night at International Market World in Auburndale, a special event tailored for individuals with sensory challenges.
On this evening, the mile-long parade of dazzling holiday displays will feature a quieter, gentler experience with strobe lights and animations turned off. North Pole Productions, the event’s organizer, aims to ensure everyone can enjoy this beloved holiday tradition.
The event is open to the general public, although attendees are encouraged to expect an abbreviated presentation.
The Wonderland of Lights officially opens on Thanksgiving night, Thursday, Nov. 28, and runs through Sunday, Dec. 29.
