(NEXSTAR) – One of the highlights of the LA Auto Show has been the push for hybrid and electric vehicles, including Volkswagen, which brought out their latest EV built for families, the ID. Buzz.

Capable of going 231 miles on a single charge, the 2025 ID. Buzz can go from 10% to 80% charged in just 25 minutes using a high-capacity charger.

With plenty of space, it also makes the ID. Buzz is a perfect road trip vehicle for families looking for adventure. It offers a spacious cabin with three rows of seating and can seat seven passengers. Both rows can also be folded flat to provide extra space for whatever you want to fit.

You can find the ID. Buzz at dealerships with the base model costing roughly $59,995.

The ID. Buzz is slated to arrive in U.S. dealerships in the third quarter of 2024 as a 2025 model. Pricing for the base Pro S model starts at $59,995. The Pro S Plus trim begins at $63,495, while the limited 1st Edition is priced at $65,495. Opting for AWD adds approximately $4,500 to the price.
